Plaza Marchi Old Town - Mag Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotels - Split

Charming historical architecture with excellent location.

Our experience was tarnished by a lack of basic amenities and significant inconvenience with breakfast arrangements. We were frustrated when we found out that breakfast was not located in the hotel as we had to walk about 10 minutes to reach the sister hotel.

The staff were knowledgeable and excellent day and night. The room was new-fashioned and unique, the bed was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely superb!

The venue is quaint and newly renovated, its location is perfect, really close to many restaurants, and the center of the old town. The rooms are tastefully decorated and generous sized and complete with modern bathroom, Terrace, a good view of the old town. The staff are attentive, managed the parking nearby.

The breakfast situation was inconvenient as it was held 400 meters away at a sister hotel and was not as advertised in terms of timing and variety.

With breakfast located 400 meters away at a sister hotel and ending much earlier than advertised, it's a hassle for early risers. The airport transfer was poorly coordinated, forcing us to pay for two cars when a larger vehicle would have sufficed. Arriving at night, we faced a long wait for the night receptionist, and once in the room, the air conditioning left much to be desired.

great location but noisy at times

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. I appreciated the spacious Grand Luxury Suite with plenty of room to relax. The friendly front desk staff were really nice too help . I also enjoyed the amazing city view from my room, it enhanced my experience.

The hotel had some minor noise disturbances , which could be improved.

The location is amazing and nestled in an ancient palace. The staff were really good, offering assistance whenever needed. I enjoyed the spacious room and the very nice shower-definitely.

Fantastically situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts amazing views, especially from the rooftop terrace. The refreshing gourmet snacks in the room added a good touch to our stay.

The hotel’s central location is really good, and the charming connecting rooms were a nice surprise for our family. Staff were accommodating and even provided late check-in. The lack of an elevator and the window view were less than ideal, which slightly impacted our comfort.

Wonderfully convenient location. Clean room with a spacious layout. Friendly staff, made our arrival smooth. Loved the historic vibe of the building.
